TO REGISTER, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING TWO (2) FORMS:

After you have completed the New Student Intake and Registration, contact the office if you have not had a call within 24 hours and let us know you want to participate in the program and that you have completed the Intake and Registration forms. Also, please check your Voicemail and make sure that it is set up and able to receive messages so that we can leave you a message. If your Voicemail is full or not set up, no further attempts to reach you will be made. Our intake coordinator will then work with you to schedule a TABE assessment. You will have the option to complete the assessment in person (we follow strict health and safety directives) or online. We hope you are staying healthy!
If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must also complete an Underage Permission/Hardship/Withdrawal Form. This allows us to legally serve you.

- If you attended a charter school, you can take the form to the school for an administrator to sign.
